Larger dish for BEV in Arizona?

Can anyone tell me if a 70cm dish with a Linear KU LNB as sold on eBay item No. 140178021503 would be suitable for reception of BEV in Apache Junction area of Arizona?

Linear LNBs will not work for Bell Expressvu 91 + 82 sats. They use circular. I used a Winegard 30" dish with 2 Dish Pro single LNBs here in Denver to get better reception since 82 was fading on a Dish 500 dish. I've read that as you go south (and west), Bell's signals get weaker so even upgrading your dish may not help you. You can see my project here.

The edge of the 91 footprint lies somewhere between Denver and Phoenix. I've tried a 30" dish in Ariz and get no signal at all on the D* transponders. They come in fine in Colo.
