Lack of audio on MLBTV

I subscribed last night to MLBTV but am receiving no audio feed either with the video feed or radio broadcast. The video feed is OK in IE7 and a little iffy in Firefox. I tried a number of live and archived games with the same result. The MLBTV demo is still working OK and I can get audio online on the XM website and within videos on Yahoo Sports and the March madness feeds on CBS. I have been unable to reach CS so I must not be the only one having problems. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Check system requirements for the audio feed. just because you get audio on one website and not another does not mean you are not missing something.

The only specification requirement I see on their website is 700+ bandwidth. Mine shows up at 2700 on their website. I do not understand why the MLBTV demo still plays with audio on this same site, but the games themselves do not if the problem is with my computer/ browser.
PS. Reaching CS is impossible. Worst I have ever seen. Either it does not really exist or a lot of people are having problems.
