They sent back fires around the towers this morning and laid down retardant. There are no fire crews up there as they ordered them out of the area because it is too dangerous for them. The only thing they can hope is that the back fires and retardant work as it burns through/nearby.

Yeah...because I am currently up in Mammoth.

My house is 50 miles from this fire. No threat at all.

Although the fire has burned over 450 square miles.

This is the second one here. Another one started near Yucaipa this morning and is threatening Oak Glen (the famous apple area). These two could eventually merge.

They are not used to this many people logging on. There very weak server cannot handle all of the traffic.

KTTV is not CW, it is FOX.
