i have a new 522 and i get the black and white screem when i am scroling threw my recored events Is it software error or hardware error

We've started seeing that recently (since last software update ??). I saw it last night and *think* I've seen it before, but not enough times to believe it was nothing more than a one-time glitch. Now it's obviously not a glitch...
