Well after months of not using my 4K flex because I was loosing channels and blaming it on my tree problem, the trees are gone as of Saturday, power up the 4K flex and it can't be found on my network or the router. Sent a issue report to SD Saturday night explaining what was going on and what I tried. Yesterday got a email saying it sounds like a hardware problem, gave me a RMA form and I boxed it up today and sent it back. Sent them the tracking info and just got a email saying the tracking was found and they gave me tracking info, for the one they are cross shipping to me tomorrow. Pretty good service if you ask me, plus it is 18 months old.
