Kudo's to Directv

I came home to a nice surprise today..... Two brand new HR24's installed! I called D* about some issues I was having with the lack of 3d on my hr20's and other issues as one of the HR20's was buzzing. In fact I was pretty pissed at the whole deal. The RSP whom I have been talking to about getting swapped for a hr24 's anyhow, got the word on the issues that I was having. Today, the installation manager gave me a call and said he would see what he could do. Apparently while I was away at work and School, the RSP sent an installer out and swapped out the defunct HR20's for new HR24's. (my wife was home)

The response time is like night and day.... Like, this was uverse fast!!! Channel changing when you set the resolution to a single output, is super quick!

I have to give directv lots of love, because everything that I have thrown at them they have meet and exceeded my expectations! Now if we can get them to add epix! I would be extremely happy!

Well, Thankyou Stonecold! It just goes to show how Directv coustomer service is more than willing to work with coustomers. This is something that dish doesnt do. Stuff like this gets out, word of mouth, and before you know it, its a whole revolution of change. Unfortunatly Dish is on the wrong side of the stick!

I look forward to the 3d programming and cant wait to see what directv has in store! :up

LMAO it took me a year with loud USED hr20's up until last week to get them replaced. they sent me USED scratched up HR21's...Congrats to you. You must be a special customer.
