Wouldn't it have been better to raise the satellite poles by 2 feet to get line of site? Unless your backyard is very short, it should have worked fine.

or do some neat kind of camouflage and turn in to a outdoor central air system on the fron side of the house.

The roof would have been to steep for the roof mount 90CM and the 1.2 meter would have been more visible - in any case - easy the change at the planning stage with CAD programs.

First two are of the 1K2 dish in attic. The third one shows our small backyard (my back is against the back fence when taking the picture). You can see the 1.2 meter on the motor and the 90 CM on the roof. The last picture shows the 1.2 Meter aimed at 103W in the side yard. Note they are not visible from the street.;)

Wow, that's quite the setup. It seems to me that you have room for at least an 8 foot mesh c-band dish in that back yard... Paint it the right color, and they can be almost invisible. My 10 ft dish is so quiet when I move it, you can't even hear it. It's hidden from the street by very tall rhododendrons, but I don't have to deal with a neighborhood Nazi brigade telling me I can't even stand in my front yard longer than 20 minutes.

Here's my setup:

Two Dish 500's for 72.7 and 61.5. One Prodelin 1.2m fixed on 103w, One Prodelin 1.8m fixed (getting an Ajak H180 transplant soon), One Perfect Ten 10 ft dish.

Well I picked up the dish but didnt have time to install it... I did plug in the dish network receiver but I don't understand how he used it with no subscription. It only has slots for 119,110,61.5 and 148. He says he only used it for horse racing but he had a card inside the receiver. I will figure it all out on Friday.

I believe I have all of the dishes our household will allow! I am glad to have what I have - No subscription TV - gave up on Dish's Welcome package when it went from $9.99 to $14.99 earlier this year. So I have the dish for DishNet in the window - but unused. I have Netflix ($7.99) on the Rokus plus the free Roku programs. 32 OTA free stations from Portland and of course whatever FTA that is left on KU.
