Is anyone able to pick up this channel (supposed to be @ 11890/H/1666)? Did a scan and get zero signal on this frequency. Every other frequency I have stored on this bird is very strong.

Not getting anything here tonight. Not 100% sure, but believe I
was getting it a couple of days ago (or last week).
It's more likely the some FTA recievers have trouble locking in the KFTL-LP's digital narrowband signal. "KFTL-LP is at 1.666 MBs bit rate."
All you have to keep rescaning it in till it's locks in!
It's usally happens when it's below 2.5 MBs bit rate.
My reciever Fortech does sometime miss KFTL-LP from time to time when I DX scan the bird. "Mainly Nahul-1 bird"

I have it logged in and it usually locks no issues on the Coolsat but it hasnt been on there for a coupel days
