KC HD locals

I currently live in Kansas City but will be moving to Lake of the Ozarks. Does anyone know if you can receive the KC locals in HD at the lake. I know locals are spot beamed but don't know how far from the city they extend.

The SD locals (and the guide data for OTA HD locals) ARE spot-beamed, but the HD locals are on a CONUS beam (129, transponder 1).

If you move, do your own install, if possible, and keep your KC service address (it's OK to change your billing address to your new house). They won't let you receive KC locals if you are in a different DMA.

I am in Jeff City, 30 miles north of Lake and I get them just fine ! I mean, I live in Oak Grove lol
