KATV break up

I get KATV ABC and would like to ask those that can't get it OTA if they see more break up on it than the other networks? Via sat it seems to be worse that the other 3 of the big 4 networks.

That one channel always gave me trouble when I had Little Rock locals back before HD. It had poor resolution with washed out colors. Sometimes it looked like it was in black and white. I haven't seen it since it went HD.
