Shame on the FCC.The signals of Kansas City's CBS, ABC, MNTV & CW affiliates are now being encrypted with DRM. The other ATSC 3.0 signals, in KC, are still in the clear.

They sell ads. Apparently, they aren't proving to the people they are selling ads to, that anybody can actually watch them...How are they making $ on something no one can watch or subscribe to?
The Networks do not want to charge for free tv they are protecting new technology.
