The back reads model # F20345HM,I believe..thanks for putting up with me people. Can't really afford a service call or new TV.Is that all it says on the back panel ?
Have you found a manual ?The correct model number is F20345HN.
He replied saying he could only access 4 channels, 2,3,4 and 19 from what I remember.I told him how to change the input by entering 91, but he isn't listening.
That makes sense.I'd guess it's a 20" set based on the model number.
The DirectTV remote has buttons,as does the RCA remote, but neither does anything but increase or decrease the volumeAre you saying the remote doesn't have number buttons?
That is correctHe said he could only access those channels doing it manually on the TV set.
I tried to acess channel 91 but the remotes won't change the channels, just the volume...and manually I can only get 2,3,4 and 19..but they are snowy.I told him how to change the input by entering 91, but he isn't listening.
So your RCA remote doesn't change the channel on the TV ?The DirectTV remote has buttons,as does the RCA remote, but neither does anything but increase or decrease the volume
CorrectHe said he could only access those channels doing it manually on the TV set.
Both the DirectTV and the RCA remores have number buttons..but pressing them dosen't change a thing.Just the volume,up and down work. Are you saying the remote doesn't have number buttons?
