Dish has always been nice to me if I have an issue. But that is as long as you are not yelling at them and you have a valid point, I think they will give you the hookup. I have been with them for maybe 3 years now? And everytime I feel I need to switch I call and tell them what I am thinking they talk me off the ledge and give me some kind of deal.
I think if I called now I could get some cash off and/or get my 622 switched up to the 722. But at the moment I am waiting to see if the 922 box actually comes available and try to get that one. I am sure it will come out... soon...
