Just got Dish Network -- Have a Question

I just got Dish with the 625 DVR to go in my new house and had the receiver installed in my bedroom to be close to a phone outlet. However, the thing is driving me crazy with the hard drive whirring all the time, and I want to move the receiver down into my family room (where the remote tv currently is located).
How much trouble is this to do? From what I can gather, the technician must have run RG6 cable into my bedroom for the receiver (the house was built in 1991, so I assume it wasn't wired with RG6). In order to move the receiver downstairs, will I need to run RG6 cable from the dish directly to the coax outlet that services that TV? If so, what do I need to do about the coax outlet in my bedroom upstairs that is currently servicing my reciever, if anything? Is there anything else that I need to know to do this? I am generally pretty good at figuring things out for myself, but I am a total noob when it comes to satellite.
All responses sincerely appreciated!

yes, you will have to re-ran the line down stairsif it is RG-59. then you have to decide witch TV you want to be TV#2 probably use old cable as a back feed. and see if you can ran phone line with your coax cable down stairs.
