Just got a new error message on my 522

I pulled up a DVR event. When I tried to play it, it immediately kicked back to the event page. In the blue box where the EPG data normally would be present, it says:

A problem was encountered when opening the files for this DVR event.

Please note the Error Code: 01

On the Tech Portal, there is an error code 001 that is for a switch problem but no 01 so I don't know if they are the same or not. The event log said the recording was completed successfully. Anyone have any information on error code 01?

Same thing happened w/my 522 a couple hours ago, only no dialog box or error code. It took 3 trys before the right menu came up so that I could select & play the program.

Only had the 522 for three months, but hadn't experienced this before.
