JTag Help needed

I bought a Jtag, but i don't know how to use it.

I have free to air blackbird st2000.

I am very new to this so please give me detailed directions.

Why Jtag

Why do you need to jtag that ird is flash already from factory and if you open the IRD you'll vold it ..

It Is About A Year Old It Was St1000 A New Chip Was Install In It And Now It Is St2000. Now I Bought J Tag Wire And Like To Fix It By Self By Your Help.
