Joining Antenna signal with receiver

Can you join a directv and over the air antenna into a combiner so all tv's share over the air and directv receiver programing?

Yes and no. It depends upon the model of receiver/dvr and the setup involved. Try doing a search for ota/diplexing. You should find an answer there.

If you're a SDTV only household it's quite simple.
