Joey won't play On Demand

Everytime I try to play an On Demand show from the Joey screen just goes black and locks up. When I go to play on hopper it shows a bunch of garbage under the bedroom. This is fairly new thing.

I did an update software on hopper and seems to be working again.

I had a problem where my H3 would behave similar to yours OP, although I would get the message that there was a problem and try again. So, after resetting the network and a few other things that did not work, I did a reboot and problem fixed. I had NEVER had that problem before. I know things are working for you again, but Try a reboot the next time if it happens again and see if that works
