Joey slow or doesn't work with EHD

I have HWS and 2 Joey's. The hopper works fine when trying to watch something on the EHD; however, it takes forever to watch something on the EHD with the Joey. When you select the show it either sits there or it shows that it ended. You have to exit out and then go back in a few times before it works if ever. Has anyone else had this happen? Any fixes?
