Joey parental PIN

Somehow two of my Joeys have got locked with a parental PIN which I can't seem to remove. The Hopper does not have it set. I have tried to copy the parental settings from the Hopper. I have also gone to mydish.com and hit the parental PIN reset. Neither has worked. Does anyone know another way to remove it?

Factory Defaults...

Factory defaults will not wipe out a PIN. You wouldn't want your kid to do a factory default and wipe out the PIN so they could watch what you wanted blocked.
Either PM a DIRT member or call DISH.
