joey internet connection

Need help i have the joey connected to the Internet by Ethernet cable. The joey Internet test shows the broadband connection okay green bars from the joey to the router to the Internet. Joey can not connect to dish network. I can not get on demand or game finder to work both come up with cannot connect to the Internet. The packets are incrementing. My pc connected to the same router connects to dish network fine. If i go to my-dish and equipment it shows that the joey is not connected to broadband.

I work for dish. Our system doesn't work like this. You need to connect the hopper to the Internet via wifi or direct ethernet. If neither option is viable we can install an HIC (hopper Internet connector) which will take a Internet connected ethernet line and push it into the coax lines in the house.
