Joey can't find hopper...

Over the weekend I had that message on my Joey, I did a reset of the hopper and it was fine. Now we had a customer with the same problem this morning. Anyone else seeing this? I figure it's a software issue.
 
Yes I believe it is indeed a software issue. I have also seen this. In my case resetting the Joey works.
 
I get that when I get the Black Screen of Death freeze-up on the Joey and then reboot. I have to reboot the Hopper to fix it.
