has anyone been able to get their joey to show up in the device list for Amazon and work??

It’s been posted to remove the skill then reinstall it. Then both Hopper and Joey should appear.

I got it to work on Hopper & super Joey weeks ago. Now , after a Hopper replacement cannot see new Hopper or super Joey. How to get it to forget old Hopper?

I also have never been able to have Alexa locate my two replaced Hopper3 receivers. It worked with my old Hopper3 receivers but has never been able to find my two new Hopper3 receivers.
