Bob, several "Off Air" between 3 and 4 AM EST. Looks like another 110 swap.

Yeah I was wondering what kinda sh*t was happening with "The N" when I read an "Off Air" message in the EPG for 4:30-5:00 a.m.

What's wrong with a Tennis Channel Chris? It sounds GREAT though I would prefer a HD version of it.

those 3 new ethnics at 121 are reportedly from Philippins:

714 NBN4 (From The Philippins)
715 RPN9 (From The Philippins)
716 VIVA (From The Philippins)

Thanks for the info Bob,

For the record, the Tennis Channel has been uplinked for a while now. It was uplinked to tp18 at 110 on 12/14/05. It was moved to tp 5 today.

See ya
Tony

thanks tony thats what i thought.. but i didnt remember if it was or not.. but I feel sorry if you got ncy hd lil... Look at this transpoder on 61.5 Im just hoping that this is only 4 channels on 1 tp with number mirrors and NOT 8 hd channels on TP! unless mpg 4 is giving them this kind of return rate.. IF thats the case give me TRUE HD DAMMIT

Frequency: 12.457 GHz
Modulation: 8PSK
Polarity: RHCP
Symbol Rate: 21500 MSps
FEC: 2/3
Current Network: True
Service: 6300 (WABC) user defined
Service: 6301 (WCBS) user defined

Service: 9483 (CBSHD) user defined
Service: 9936 (WABC) user defined

Just a clarification, as John said, all 3 are the same video stream on the TP. Thus, there are actually only three total video feeds on that TP. One for CBS, one for NBC, and one for ABC. Service: 6301 (WCBS), Service: 9483 (CBSHD), Service: 9937 (WCBS) all have the same video PID.

The only difference is the channel type. For example, old and new HD receivers will see 9483 (type mpeg2), new (411/211/622) will be the only ones seeing 6301 (type mpeg4), and only engineering receivers will see 9937 (type mpeg2). As you can see, the type means nothing except a way to force only a certain class of receivers to be able to view a channel :)

BTW: Minor move this afternoon, Bob.
.. and .. according to You :) ...at the other forum, it IS:

"9601 BTV MOVED FROM Tp 3 on EchoStar 6 at 110w
TO Tp 25 on EchoStar 6 at 110w"

TNGTony's notes about this one - indicate:

"1/20/06

Cannel 9601 broke the mirror to channel 217 and moved from tp3 to tp 25 at 110°. The programming is identical between 217 and 9601 as I type this, but in essence there is a new channel added today."
