D* improves from last year, where it took only one region.

The leader here in the North Central zone is WOW! Cable (former Wide Open West). While I am a D* customer, I must admit WOW does a great job. My neighbors all have them and speak highly of them. Their $99/month (approx. $120 after taxes/fees) for HD-DVR, HD Package, Digital Cable, Phone, Internet guaranteed until 2010 was/is tempting.

Alas, the Sunday Ticket keeps me coming back to D*...
