Ok being an installer I understand for service to have an IV retest HOWEVER why must we do a test when we upgrade a box to let's say an HD DVR? It's pointless and time wasted! Obviously the signals are where they should be if not better if I'm able to activate an advanced product, so who out there has been stuck at a house longer then they should for scenarios like this!? Whew, done venting now.
