ITVN has been sold to BroadShift, a "a Canadian aggregator and distributor of narrowcast Internet protocol television", for $11 million.

No big surprise there, they have been running much of the streaming for them for awhile now.

Lets hope they pick it up, fans are going to be leaving ITVN in droves when Dish adds Setanta in August.
