Itvn Running Smooth

i have noticed that some times when i am watching a starz movie on my itvn box late at night it will just shut down and go to a blank screen,then the itvn logo will start floating all over the screen.
has this ever happend to any body else ?
this occurs when i am watching starz "in progress" this does not happen on the starz on demand.

That's normally what happens when your internet connection is dropped.
Have you checked your logs from your modem and/or router ?
I had a similar problem last year - but after logging into my router admin screen i noticed that my router was setup to renew my IP address every 24 hours (which resulted in dropped connection) After i messed around with the settings a little i had no more dropped connection.
