It's Dead

Came home to see if the 811 took the new software update. Went to turn it on and It would power up. Held button down... NOTHING!! Unplugged everything and waited 10min, then plugged directly into the wall... DEAD!

Called Dish got a Tech suport guy, he ask me to try the above, then put me on hold for 30 seconds and okay is this your address...? I said yes. We will ship you a new one heres your RMA #. UPS should bring it out on Thursday.

WOW! Good service, however If I was selling faulty hardware I would do the same for my customers. I hope I get one of those god ones with the stronger OTA tuner.
