It is possible to see french standard channels (NO HD) on Anik F2 (Shaw) with a 0.90 cm antenna in M

Hi friends: I want to Install Shaw DIrect in Mexico City!
About Anik F2, I am not interested in the HD Channels, but I want the french standard ones. ¿Can I get them without problems with a 0.90 cm FTA antenna in Mexico City? ¿Or I will get bad freeze? ¿Does the HD channels have the same signal quality than the french standard ones? The owner of the house has prohibited me to install antennas bigger than 1 meter :O(. Please help me!

I am in Belize . . so a little further South. Here we need 130 dish size minimum. I would rather search and talk to a professional installer in Mexico City first.
