Issues with 72W Even Transponders

Anyone experienceing (or ever experienced) issue where even transponders have zero signal strength but odds are fine (in the 30s which is where they were upon installation)... I realized this trying to tune to 367 Smithsonian Channel but get Error 002 screen showing Satellite 72, Transponder 24. Crystal clear weather, no obstructions, did a visual on the dish. I ran diagnostic and says everything is okay. I went to the setup screen and scrolled through and noticed all even transponders are 0 for 72 sat... I get that some are spotbeams so no signal on some is normal. But I have been able to get ch 367 until today.

Sounds like dish needs to be peaked.

Thanks for ideas. I called tech support and we tried everything possible over the phone. They're coming out tomorrow. Whoever guesses the closest wins 4 rolls of TP! (lol jk)

Yup; that almost certainly means a faulty LNB.

I would still bet on a mis-aligned dish. I have experienced the same issues before and it always was poor alignment.
I could be a bad lnb but my money is on a re-peak.
30's is way to low of a signal. Mid 40's should ne no problem to receive...

Thanks everybody for the feedback. Tech came out and dish was misaligned and also bad end connector on the wallplate.
