When she first started the disappearing stuff I needed to update my CC info, also wanted to update programming. I found that my CC bill had my BEV account number on it, using that data I was able to set up management on the BEV web site, and from there I was good. One thing though, at least if you are using a Mac, the web site does not work properly with Firefox for Mac, so you need to use Safari.

Also if you ever had an access card update hopefully you saved the paperwork, it also contains your account number.

Why even use a broker any more? Get an IP phone device with a Canadian phone number, (maybe even try to get a number in the closest province that corresponds to you) and do it all yourself. Even a cheap Magicjack can do Canadian numbers...
