Definitely a crime. Just like someone throwing gold bars through the back window of your parked car is also a crime.

So say you have a daughter and she goes to a party and 3 guys that she likes are there. She flirts with all 3 of them to get their attention. She even says dirty things to them to really get their attention. Now lets say she has been drinking and her inhibitions are down and she follows the 3 guys into a bedroom. Now one of the guys pulls out a gun holds it to her head and forces her to have sex with all 3 of them. That would be funny wouldn't it. Man she got what she wanted, Right. And you would be thinking what a lucky girl my daughter is.
