1) See the progress bar on a dvr playback without pausing or rewinding. It boggles my mind why it doesn't show up when I hit INFO.

2) Disable the interactive (red button) feature on the channels where it's present? It seems to get in the way when using Pandora since red button also toggles between pandora and video control.

I wish the bar could be displayed by hitting info or something but I've yet to find anything to bring it up. I'm using a harmony remote so if somebody has any ideas I'd love to hear them too

I just hit the play button and it shows up for me (HR22-100). As far as number 2 I don't know but it's definitely something I'd like to know.
