The new Directv receivers don't have an RF output, so you have to get an RF modulator and use that to send your signal around the house on channel 3 or 4 (analog). You can split that signal with common splitters.
For under $20, you can go about 70' with this setup or a bit more if you use cat 6. Of course you would have to use component cables on the TV near your box or purchase an HDMI splitter. To get a total cost, you would have to add an additional HDMI cable and the cat 5e cable to the cost.
