IS THERE A TOOL THAT GIVES THE PHONE LINE TONE TO THE DUAL TUNERS?

HOW CAN I AVOID LONG WAIT ON THE LINE WITH A CSR TO ADD A BYPASS TO THE ACCOUNT?.

That dont work. If it don't call in for a period of time then the billing automatically starts.

I've called into tech support twice in the past 3-4 days and waited no longer than 5 minutes, if that long.
