I really did do a search and it seems it is, but I cannot find it anywhere, even ebay.

Is there another antennae that works better now?

an outdoor antennae is not an option

Zenith Silver Sensor was a UHF only indoor antenna. Over the years many knockoffs came out the most succesful added a dipole antenna for VHF signals. Go to www.antennaweb.com or TV Fool to find out what frequencies are used for broadcasting in your area also to get a recommendation what you need for antennas.

Grossly overpriced for the cheap piece of plastic that it was. And yes, it was UHF only. Here is a much better knock-off with rabbit ears and a very solid/heavy base: Terk/Audiovox HDTVa I bought mine for about half price from Amazon Warehouse. I have the Silver Sensor too, and it's performance is about the same as the UHF portion of the Terk without the Terk amp even turned on.
