Is the Protection Plan worth it?

good luck, every time I call in( ihave two r10's that need replaced) they tell me they need to schedule an appointment which I just dont have time for, I ask them to ship me a reciever and they wont they keep telling me they need a tech to come out.

Tell them that those receivers will not power on. If you have other SD receivers, tell them that you also brought the SD receiver into the rooms where the H10s are and used the same power source, and the SD's work fine. My friend had a box that went bad (wouldn't power up) and when I called in for them and heard that, they offered to ship right from the bat.
