Is the Cinemax .01 deal good for new customers?

Are new customers able to take advantage of this offer? Can they sign up through a retailer (any retail folks out there could certainly help with this)?

Customers must not currently have Cinemax, or have had it in the last 6 months. So if you did the free for three mo0nths when you started or are in the middle of it you have to wait six months from the day you remove it.

Not true....i just cancelled skinimax 2 weeks ago and after 4 calls i was able to get the 1 penny offer...even checked the website and my account verified
the 1 cent offer.....keep calling, i'm sure someone will give it to you...
