Need new policy
They did offer me on the phone AM21 and antenna for $99, which I don't need an antenna because I have one. I just need an AM21 so I can see the locals in my HR22 DVR. I don't think $99 is much of a deal for me. I wish I could get them to bill it onto my account and credit me back over the months, but they won't do that either. If I new a CSR that would office me that deal it might be fine. But of the 3 I have called they would offer me even that... Just $55 dollars. It would be different I they offered local here.
Any other moves or some I can call to get the credit back deal?
