I switched to Verizon at the end of the year (12/22) and I'm struggling with their concept of a "postpaid" service.
For the "postpaid" service, I'm billed in advance such that on my January bill I'm paying for my February billing period service. I'm trying to figure out how that is a "postpaid" service. I am guilty of often taken things too literally and maybe it's just me, but if I'm paying in advance I'm having trouble coming to terms with this being a postpaid service.
What is it that I'm missing? I also think my billing has been jacked up since day 1, but that's yet a different discussion.
