I was looking for oxygen on my guide today and couldn't find it. Does dish offer it? If not, why?

I will digress...
Probably cuz Charlie hasn't seen 'The Sunday Night S*x Show'.
E* doesn't carry it. But you can go to the Oxygen site and they will send an email request to Charlie. If enough people do, then maybe, just maybe Charlie will be 'compelled' to add Oxygen to the channel lineup.

Oxygen has been discussed on the Charlie Chat a couple of times.
Reasons frequently mentioned for E* not wanting to carry a channel are:
a) The per-subscriber fee is too high
b) The provider wants it provided to ALL subscribers
c) There is limited demand
I seem to remember that Oxygen failed/passed all three tests, according to Charlie or Michael (programming).
