Is my HD on my 625 going?

It started with a system intergrity check 1-2 times a week. Now some of my recorded programs freeze up (briefly 1/2 second to a second) and sometimes I get audio drop outs.

Don't know if you need this info but

Running a 625 with L413 software

I wouldn't be worried but my warranty ends soon Early March
 
I have no idea what the system integrity results mean, but whenever you have video freezing up on you randomly, step 1 and 2 accordingly are front panel reset (hold down silver power button on front of box for 10 seconds.) if that doesnt work, step 2 is unplug for 30. If that doesnt work, and the problem doesnt correct itself, it may eventually get worse. You may see freezing on live tv or missing recordings or error messages. Keep an eye on it. It does not seem to be s/w related however as this is a universal issue with DVRs.

Also what is the 3 digit number on the system integrity check message? It will help troubleshoot. (Example signal loss is error 002, 005 is not authorized.)
 
My immediate reaction was that the 625 doesn't have High Definition.

But seriously, the SMART readings indicate that your hard drive is taking a dive.
