I have a quad lnb with 2 of the lines going directly to a 721. The other 2 are feeding a 34 switch which inturn feed 3 dp311 receivers. The 721 works fine but all the 311s coming from the switch are missing sat 119. If I change one of the lines in the switch to the 300 input then I do see sat 119 after a checkswitch.
Is my 34 switch broken ?

Maybe.
First make SURE that 119 (Port #1 of the Quad) is in input port #1 of the DP34, and 110 (Quad port #2) is in DP34 input #2.
Next thing I would do is remove ALL receivers from ALL outputs of both the DP34 and the Quad so they will reset. Then run Check Switch on ALL receivers.
