is it possible to install a circular ku band in a c band lnb ?

Do you mean install physically? Of course it is possible! You just need another holder. But if you mean reception..... than it is also possible but performance of system will not be so perfect.
If you want to receive circular KU with a prime focus reflector, purchase a KU feedhorn/waveguide designed for illuminating a prime focus type reflector (with lower FD ratio) and a circular KU LNB (or circular and linear combo).
Circular KU LNBFs for the subscription services are designed for offset type reflectors (higher FD ratios). Mounting one of these LNBFs on a larger prime focus dish will result in seeing only a portion of the reflector surface.
Invacom is no longer making the c-120 flange mount circular/linear KU QPF-031 and they are harder to find. The c-120 feedhorns are usually found on EBay.

This may not be the answer you are looking for but figured I'd throw it out there. I played around with different options Ku on my C-band dish and came to the conclusion it sucked compared to just adding a separate Ku dish.
