Is it just me or do other experience Olympics Pixelation?

I notice the vertical striping (affectionately referred to as VB, vertical banding) on solid colored backgrounds that are opaque in nature, like a light green or orange. I did some tweaking but it needs more, I just don't have the time (or patience) to get into the Service Menu and dink around.
