Is CCN ITC on FTA?

Does anyone know if CCN (on 97W or any other bird) has any programming in the clear?

I noticed from THE LIST that it is red and is showing some encryption but I was curious if there is any way I can receive this programming legally. They have some broadcasts coming up that I am interested in.
