Is BYU TV really this hard to pick up??

Iceberg, I re-blindscanned Satmex 5 today...and low and behold, BYU TV showed up! It's listed as "Service 10". I can't explain why I couldn't get it yesterday, but today I can.

On my Coolsat 5000, BYU TV's signal strength hovers around 68, whereas the signal strength of the other channels on Satmex 5 is about 75

I can't seem to get it here in California.

In Louisiana I can pick it up but the signal is much lower than other transponders.

Here in Maryland I can not receive any kind of signal on the 12169 transponder.

Byu comes in on my Fta Q around 88% also one KOOl channel is UATV they show all kinds of old movies and the like. On weekends they have like a moster fest and a scfi show KOOL stuff.
