Is boxee worth $199.00

I just got an e-mail form amazon on the ability to pre-order the boxee for $199.00.

I do not see what it have over the $99.00 roku box. It will not do 1080p while roku rx in November will do 1080p

so what makes the boxee worth $199.00?

Correction according to gizmoto the new boxee box will do 1080p 60.
