Hey guys, I hope someone can answer this for me.
Earlier this year I applied for Dish network Satellite TV Technician position, The job description & everything along the interview process identified the position as
Satellite TV Technician.
Well I was given an offer, Dish offered me the Job and sent me an offer letter ( I wouldn't be starting until mid march)
My concern is the Offer letter states the position as a Field Service Specialist.
Is that the same thing as Satellite TV technician? Are there any differences in the position? Why would it be called one thing in the job posting and then later with the offer identified as something else (Field Service Specialist)?
I just hope this isn't some bait & switch job offer I have read about with other companies.
Any insight would be good. I have to sign the Offer letter tomorrow and want to be clear on the scope of the job.
Is a Dish Field Service Specialist the same as a Satellite TV Technician?
Thank you all for any responses
